Howard County Fire & Rescue - E-ONE Cyclone Stainless Steel Pumper

Description

The Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services has ordered a new E-ONE Cyclone Stainless Steel Pumper with a 67.5-inch-long cab with a flat roof.  This unit will be powered by Cummins X10 450 HP motor with an Allison EVS 4000 automatic transmission and Jacob’s engine brake.  The stainless-steel body will feature full-height compartments on the driver’s side and half-height compartments on the officer’s side, with hinged doors.  Features include a Hale QMAX pump rated at 1500 GPM, a 1000-gallon water tank, a 20” extended front bumper with front intake and 2 ½” discharge, two (2) 1 ½” cross lays, three (3) 2 ½” rear discharges, and a 5” rear intake.  Other features include but are not limited to: Valor brand seating for five (5) personnel, Alcoa Dura-Brite aluminum wheels, FireTech brow and scene lighting (sides and rear), Whelen emergency lights and electronic siren, Federal Q siren, center mounted LED Roto-Ray, Whelen LED traffic advisor, FireCom intercom/headsets, On-Spot tire chains and a Safety Vision back-up camera.  Patriot Fire LLC would like to thank Howard County DFRS for their continued trust and congratulate them on the addition of another E-ONE pumper to their fleet!
