Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service has ordered six (6) E-ONE Typhoon Stainless Steel Pumpers with 67.5” long cabs and flat roofs.  These units will be powered by a Cummins X12 455 HP motor with an Allison EVS 4000 automatic transmission, Jacob’s engine brake and an Eco Idle-Tec idle mitigation system.  The stainless-steel bodies feature full height compartments on the driver’s side and half height compartments on the officer’s side, with hinged doors.  Features include a Hale QMAX pump rated at 1500 GPM, a 750-gallon water tank, 30-gallon foam cell, Class 1 foam system, crosslays, rear intake, four (4) rear 2 ½” discharges, FireTech Hi-Viz scene lighting, Whelen core emergency lighting, Federal Q siren, Sigtronics headsets, LED Roto-Ray, Whelen traffic advisor and a 360 degree camera system, as well as many other custom features.  Patriot Fire LLC would like to thank Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service for their trust in E-ONE.
