Anne Arundel County Fire Department's Truck 31 assigned to the Brooklyn station is a Cyclone II Chassis HM 100- 100' Rear Mount Aerial. This unit features an advanced aerial control system, pinned waterway with a TFT 1000 GPM electric monitor, Cummins X12 motor with an Allison EVS-4500 transmission, 67.5" cab with barrier style doors, extreme duty metal interior with LineX and Bostrom 500 seats with IMMI Smartdoc Gen2 restraints. Also featured are Whelen LED emergency and scene lights, Federal Q siren, Harrison 3.6k hydraulic generator, 200' electric cord reel with 10-4 cable. The robust ground ladder compliment consists of the following DUO-Safety ladders; (1) 45' 3 sect., (2) 35' 2 sect., (2) 28' 2 sect., (1) 20' 2 sect., (1) 20' roof, (1) 16' roof, (1) 12' wall, (1) 17' Little Giant, and (1) 10' attic ladder. Also, mounted on the aerial is an additional 16' roof and a 14' roof ladder. Truck 31 is nearly identical to the recently delivered Truck 23.
